Payment and Cancellation

Payment

• The event cost per head will be listed in the event page. To book a slot one can make the full payment and let the goXp team know.
• For corporate/group events, 50% non-refundable payment is to be paid on booking. One week prior to the event date full amount should be paid.
• Payments are accepted via UPI/Net Banking.

Cancellation

• If a event is called off by us at the last moment due to a natural calamity / unforeseen circumstances , goXp will issue a refund for the full amount.
• If you cancel your slot, the cancellation charges are as given below:
•   Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the event — full refund.
•   Cancellation between 30 days and 20 days to the start of the event — 50% refund.
•   Cancellation less than 20 days to the start of the event — 20% refund.
•   Cancellations less than 7 days from the start of the event — no refund.
