About the place:
Ghanpur is a beautiful old fort set around 100kms away from Hyderabad. It provides a great landscape of rocky paths, ponds, green pathways, war cannons which makes it a ideal place for a day’s hike. This place is ideal if someone wants a day’s getaway from Hyderabad and try out some scrambling, caving.

Itinerary:
6am: Assemble at Meetup point.
6.15am: Start towards Ghanpur. Breakfast on the way.
8.30am: Reach Ghanpur and start the trek. The trek path will be a combination of steps, forest, boulders passing through the old fort ruins.
We will be swimming in the Ghanpur lake post based on the season.
3pm: Start back to Hyderabad.
(Return time may vary by 1-2 hour’s based on the speed of the group)
6pm: Return back to Hyderabad and final drop at the meetup point.
