Trip Costing:
Includes and excludes: Do refer to the event page to specifically to see what is included and excluded in the trip. Mostly they will fall into these categories,
- Food
- Transportation (Carpool or Private Vehicle)
- Entry tickets or activities if any mentioned.
- Accommodation (Tent or Hotel will be mentioned in the itinerary).
Transportation:
Carpool: If the event mentions carpool we invite the participants to come forward to offer their car’s for pooling if they have a vehicle. The participant who offers their car for pooling will be excluded from the pooling charges if the car is filled in full capacity. The charges incurred will be divided among others in the car. We mostly take the initial cost as Rs.10/km as we never know the car we would get. So to know the cost of transport please see the trip kilometers and multiply it by this cost. Toll charges and Parking charges will be additional. As an instance a 400kms day trip might cost around Rs.700-750 per head.
Private Vehicle hire: In case we do not get enough car’s for pooling we rent out for a private vehicle and divide the charges among all. Private vehicle generally charge for vehicle, toll/road tax, Driver .
Private Event: If it is a private event we will directly connect you to the travel agent to go ahead and book the vehicle by yourself based on the budget, type of vehicle you prefer and no of people attending.
Refunds:
For local and 1 day events: In case of cancellation the total amount will be refunded if informed before 48 hours. Within 48 hours no refund will be provided.
For outstation events: In case of cancellation the amount incurred for bookings ( Transport, Hotel, Guide, Packages which ever is applicable to that trip) will be held and rest refunded if informed before 1 week. If informed within last 48 hours no refund would be provided.
If we cancel a trip: If you have already paid for the trip and the trip is cancelled from our end due to low participation, we will refund the full amount back and also as a compensation we will offer you the next trip of same value or less value at 50% discount for 1 day events and 20% for outstation events.
